How IntegAI uses cookies and similar technologies on integai.co.uk, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, as well as to provide information to the website owners.

Cookies may be "first-party" (set by our website) or "third-party" (set by services we use, such as our AI chatbot provider). Cookies may also be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period).

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we are required to obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies and similar technologies on your device.

2. Why IntegAI Uses Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential website operation: To keep our website secure, remember your cookie preferences, and deliver the core functionality of the site.
  • Analytics and functional services: To understand how visitors interact with our website and to power our AI chatbot assistant.
  • Marketing (future use): We currently do not run advertising or marketing pixels. This category is reserved should we introduce these in the future.

3. Cookie Categories

We group cookies into three categories:

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always Active)

These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and remembering your cookie consent preferences. These cookies cannot be disabled because the website cannot function without them. Under PECR, we are not required to obtain consent for strictly necessary cookies.

3.2 Analytics & Functional Cookies (Consent Required)

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website and enable interactive features such as our AI chatbot. They allow us to improve our services and website experience. On integai.co.uk, this category includes:

  • Our AI Chatbot (ElevenLabs), which processes your conversations to provide assistance and answer your questions.
  • Session and interaction data used by the chatbot to maintain conversation continuity as you navigate the website.

These cookies and technologies will only be activated if you give your explicit consent by choosing "Accept All" or toggling this category on in the cookie preferences panel.

3.3 Marketing Cookies (Consent Required)

These cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns or to deliver personalised marketing. We currently do not use any marketing or advertising cookies on integai.co.uk. This category is reserved for future use, and any such cookies would only be activated with your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Technologies

We use the following third-party services on our website:

  • ElevenLabs Convai: Our AI chatbot is provided by ElevenLabs, Inc. When you interact with the chatbot, ElevenLabs processes your conversation data. This technology is only loaded if you consent to Analytics & Functional cookies. For more information, see ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly: We link to Calendly for appointment booking. Calendly only sets cookies when you click through to their booking page. These are not activated simply by visiting integai.co.uk.
  • Landingsite.ai: Our website is hosted on the Landingsite.ai platform, which uses essential cookies for site delivery, security, and form handling.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or any advertising or retargeting technologies on integai.co.uk.

6. How We Obtain Your Consent

When you first visit integai.co.uk, a cookie consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. This banner gives you three options:

  • Accept All: You consent to all optional cookie categories (Analytics & Functional and Marketing).
  • Reject Non-Essential: You decline all optional cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies will be set.
  • Manage Preferences: You can choose which specific categories to allow or disallow.

We do not use pre-ticked boxes. All optional cookie categories are off by default. Simply continuing to browse, scrolling, or closing the banner does not constitute consent.

Your consent choice is stored in the integai_cookie_consent cookie on your device. This record includes the date and time of your choice, which categories you consented to, and the consent version.

7. How to Change or Withdraw Your Consent

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Click the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer to reopen the cookie preferences panel.
  • In the preferences panel, toggle categories on or off and click "Save My Preferences".
  • Withdrawing consent for a category will stop the associated technologies from loading on future page visits. Note that previously set cookies from that category may remain in your browser until you clear them manually.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of this and other websites. Instructions for common browsers:

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also prompt you to review your cookie preferences on your next visit.

This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Important: This cookie system is designed to support compliance with UK GDPR and PECR. It does not, by itself, guarantee compliance. Compliance depends on how the system is used, what technologies are deployed on the website, and how consent is managed over time. We regularly review our use of cookies and tracking technologies to ensure they align with our stated policies.
